Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced data pipelines using Informatica IICS, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.

Oversee ETL processes and ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading from diverse sources into data warehouses or data lakes.

Ensure data integrity, quality, and security, implementing best practices throughout the data lifecycle.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to fulfill complex data needs.

Optimize and scale data systems for performance, reliability, and growth.

Mentor and guide junior data engineers, providing technical leadership and support.

Proactively identify and resolve data storage and processing issues.

Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve data engineering processes.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in data engineering and data management.

Proven expertise in Informatica IICS, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks.

Strong experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and large-scale data architectures.

In-depth understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
