Are you a skilled carpenter with a passion for precision and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a talented General Carpenter to join our team, specializing in cosmetic finishing. If you have extensive experience in trim work, windows, doors, and drywall finishing, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform high-quality cosmetic finishing, including trim, windows, doors, and drywall preparation for painting.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize hand and power tools with expertise to achieve flawless results.

  
  


• 
  

  Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail in all tasks.

  
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 
  

  Proven experience in finishing drywall, trim, windows, and doors.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with hand and power tools.

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in using a carpenter’s square.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  
  


• 
  

  OSHA 10 certification is a must.

  
  

Position Details:

  Job Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months duration)

  Location: Fully on-site in Rochester, New York

  Work Environment: Commercial construction sites.

  
  


• 
  

  Indoor environments that may not be fully heated or cooled.

  
  


• 
  

  Work hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, depending on the general contractor’s requirements.

  
  


•
