Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide differentiated instruction tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to foster an inclusive classroom.
- Assess and adjust instructional strategies based on student progress.
- Utilize varied teaching methods, materials, and technology to enhance learning.
- Maintain accurate student records of performance and progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education.
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
- Understanding of learning disabilities and effective intervention strategies.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents.
