Iconic Resourcing HR are looking for an HCM Project Lead to drive the design and delivery of an HR solution, enhancing the employee experience and streamlining HR processes across the company.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of a unified system that improves operational efficiency and integrates HR data, tools, and processes seamlessly. You will partner with cross-functional teams, oversee change management, and play a key role in shaping a digital-first mindset across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the HCM project, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Drive process efficiency and an enhanced employee experience through innovative HR technology.
• Partner with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support digital readiness across global teams.
• Manage project governance, budget, and timelines, reporting progress to the Steering Committee.
• Develop data-driven, automated workflows and reporting to support business decisions.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in leading HR technology projects or HCM implementations, ideally across EMEA, the US and/or Asia.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on digital transformation. You will be comfortable moving between strategic discussions with senior leaders and diving into the technical details when needed.
• Expertise in change management methodologies and fostering collaboration across functions. You excel at managing change, anticipating issues, and guiding cross-functional teams towards digital transformation.
• Experience delivering HR solutions

This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic leadership with a strong technical understanding of HR solutions, and who can seamlessly move between high-level stakeholder engagement and in-depth project management.
