Location: Basecamp, Kemble

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week

You'll manage up to 15 operatives, drive operational excellence, and ensure high standards of health and safety while playing a key role in our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a warehouse team, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Implement health and safety protocols and drive a culture of safety.
• Use lean methodologies like 5S to improve operational efficiency.
• Oversee attendance and performance management, providing ongoing coaching.

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong people management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards (IOSH) and 5S methodology.
