Salesforce Release Manager | £DOE | Inside IR35 | Hybrid (1 day a week)

Techohana is thrilled to be partnering with a leading Regulatory organisation embarking on a Salesforce transformation. We are aiding in finding a Salesforce Release Manager on a groundbreaking project that involves coordinating with industry leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage Salesforce releases across development, testing, and production environments.
• Collaborate with a team of Salesforce Developers, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to ensure smooth releases.
• Manage Salesforce release calendars and change requests while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Utilise tools such as Azure DevOps, Gearset, and Salesforce DX for seamless deployment.
• Play a key role in change management, ensuring documentation, testing, and post-deployment activities are conducted smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Salesforce architecture knowledge with hands-on deployment experience.
• Expertise in deployment tools such as Azure Pipelines, GitHub, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience working in an End User and Consultancy Setting
• Ability to manage multiple releases and work with Agile methodologies.
• Availability for onsite attendance once a week in London, Cardiff, or Glasgow.
