Site Manager (Marine)

The Deluxe Group have been providing bespoke joinery services internationally for over 50 years. The Companys significant growth over recent years has meant investment in a new state of the art manufacturing facility and Head Office in Portadown. We continue to provide high end quality fit out & manufacturing services to Luxury Hospitality, Marine Outfitters, Super Prime Residentials, Commercial Offices, and Theme Parks. The Deluxe Group has a deserved reputation as a quality player in its chosen markets of bespoke joinery, fit-out, theming, and marine. Site Manager - Marine Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an additional Site Manager to join our tea. This position is based on site which may typically be Europe. Your role as a Site Manager: Managing client relationships on site. Liaise with Clients, Contracts Manager, Design, Manufacturing and Logistics to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and as per planned schedule of works.. Develop & implement schedule of works from start to completion. Organise & co-ordinate on site project requirements i.e. resources, materials and logistics etc. Deliver all scope of works on time, within budget and of exceptional quality. Escalate any delays, variations, red flags to Contracts Manager. Provide regular progress updates and reports to management. Ensure compliance of all necessary Health and Safety requirements. To succeed in this this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role preferably within Fit Out. A successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and of excellent quality. Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team. Possess a proactive & innovative approach with the ability to problem solve issues. Flexibility to travel to site on a rotational basis i.e... 4-5 weeks. Desirable: Experience of project/site management within the marine industry would be advantageous but not essential.
