CNC Machinist/Programmer - F1

Machining is a crucial aspect of modern F1, and you can make the difference in this role!

This role is as a Machinist and Programmer is essential for the machine shop to turn around all important components for a race weekend to keep in the fight for pole positions and wins!

You will be in a hybrid role between machining a range of batches and complexity of components on 5-axis mills and sometimes having to operate multiple machines whilst also being competent in producing CAM programs, and that may be either proving out existing programs from the production office or completing your own from scratch. So, there will always be enough to keep you busy!

This role will be on their split days shift pattern which is alternating weeks between 06:00am – 14:30pm and 14:00pm to 22:30pm. This will include a 15% shift premium on top of their existing bonus scheme and extensive list of benefits!
