Site Manager

Constructive Moves are recruiting for a Site Manager for a privately owned housebuilder that covers the Southeast region.

This award-winning developer are respected for building high-specification, sustainable, and design focused homes which are built within high profile locations and driven to deliver high quality homes for their customers.

I am looking for a Site Manager to join this organisation from a housebuilding background that you have had experience of traditional housing and apartment schemes across the Kent, Sussex and Surrey regions.

You will be responsible for the smooth delivery of the project from inception to completion. Coordinating labour, materials and resources on site and approving payments to trades and contractors. Managing quality control procedures and inspections as and when required as well as monitoring the planning and programming to ensure the build process is on track for the assigned deadline.

People management will play a vital part in this appointment to help develop the junior members of the team as well as managing your own housing schemes. You will need to demonstrate strong organisation and time management skills due to the busy nature of the role and want to be part of a team environment.
