Your role:

• Responsible for the training and development a team (Analysts through to Principal Consultants)
• Setting an example for the company in terms of behaviour, punctuality, effort etc.
• Setting team budgets
• Reviewing team Goals
• Responsible for Disciplinary issues within the immediate team
• Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts
• Demonstrable ability of agreeing terms and making placements with a new client
• Exceptional candidate management, taking control of the recruitment process and consulting candidate
• Excellent sector knowledge
• Ability to close deals and consistently generate revenue
• Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process
• Able to write, post and respond to Job Adverts/Applicants
• Able to understand and negotiate with both clients and candidates
• Name gathering for potential candidates
• Demonstrable ability in direct headhunting
• Gathering information on clients, candidates and the sector as a whole
• Using social media to attract candidates

Experience required:

• Experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant
• All sectors will be considered (Construction, Engineering and Property beneficial)
• Sales background
• Ability to successfully build and maintain relationships
