We at FormelD are looking for driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Administrator to come join the FormelD Recruitment Team. For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Team Leader
- Managing all external support requirements across all nationwide sites
- Conducting KPI Reporting on Operational team
- Providing full recruitment support across all sites permanent, temporary and contractor requirements
- Responsible for ensuring all hiring managers are fully supported on recruitment activities
- Creating SAP Numbers for all temporary staff
- Advertising all vacancies
- Conducting telephone interviews and 1st Stage Interviews for all positions
- Arranging interviews for hiring managers
- Providing full recruitment support to all candidates
- Managing the onboarding for all new contractors
- Managing the offboarding process for all contractors and temporary staff
- Working with HR to support the new starters onboarding requirements
- Supporting Finance and payroll with all 0/80/agency temporary permanent staff
Requirement:
- Degree Qualification/CIPD in HR or/and Recruitment Qualification
- Experienced working with OEM’s and Suppliers in the Automotive industry.
- At least 1 year experience in a recruitment administration position
- Knowledge of MS Office tools: Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience of job boards to advertise, headhunt, etc.
- Good working knowledge of SAP system
- Excellent hiring manager, candidates and agency management experience
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Motivated to achieve results and experienced in a fast paced environment
- Motivated, to learn and progress.
- Good communication skills, teamworking abilities and driven takes initiative to succeed
- Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence
- RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
