Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role?
Our Warehouse Supervisors work alongside the management team to deliver keyobjectivesand ensure that the store drives stock in and out to generate sales.You will react to fast changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe & productive working environment.
Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume ofcollections,deliveriesand donations, it isphysically demanding, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fundlife savingresearch.
What are we looking for?

- Desirablebut not essentialto have stock managementexperience
- Motivated,proactiveandcommercially driven to lead ateam
- Strong organisationalandleadership skills
- Thrives working in ahandson, fast-paced environment
- Results driven, resilient and able to adapt to the needs of thebusiness
Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
