Seeking a Facilities Management Workplace Experience professional focused on the ‘future of banking’ to join our team in the position of Key Account Director with a high-profile Banking Client based in Melbourne, employed on a full-time basis.

Lead the national delivery of hard and soft FM Workplace Experience. Manage contractual obligations while seeking development and growth opportunities. Responsible for ongoing innovation and strategy to ensure that ISS maintains a sustainable, successful and long-term client relationship.

• P&C KPIs (sick leave, LTIF, retention)


• Budgeted margin


• User satisfaction score (EUS)


• Service minded, takes on complex challenges, thrives in ambiguity

Minimum Criteria:

• Min. 10+ years’ experience with leading leaders


• FM industry or experience from banking industry and supplier management


• Experience with working in a large organisation with several stakeholders with differing expectations and needs


• Several years’ experience with customer relationship sales and/or consultancy sales


• Experience with budgeting as well as financial management and reporting – and performance management


• Experience with SLA management and KPI reporting


• Experienced MS office user


• Workplace experience expertise
