Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking a vibrant Recruitment Team Leader to join our dynamic team. Playing a vital role with our major mining partner, no two days will look or be the same. Based out of our head office in Welshpool, your current knowledgeable skills and development will assist the team to provide ongoing success towards our client.
THE ROLE
- Accountability for all recruitment activity within the Energy & Resourcing division
- Managing the multiple queries are actioned in a timely manner
- Directly manage and allocate team resource planning, forecast and risk mitigation
- Lead candidate sourcing through internal campaigns and social media
- Maintain and Manage Advertisement Strategies
- Providing advice and support to management
- Develop and analyze workforce data and provide recommendations - attraction, sourcing & prioritization
- Provide a significate contribution to workforce business improvement strategies and activities
- Communication to stakeholders including clients, employers and community
ABOUT YOU
- 2-3 Years experience with Blue Collar trades
- Experience with large volume labour requests: Operations, Maintenance & Shutdowns
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1-2 years in a demonstrated leadership or mentoring position
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Highly motivated and a desire for achievement
- Proficient in MS Office
- FastTrack 365 - Highly Desirable
