Our team is growing and we are currently seeking applications for the position of Kronos Technical Analyst – UKG Pro WFM on a Full Time permanent basis. This role can be based either at our Macquarie Park (Sydney) or South Brisbane offices.



The Kronos Technical Analyst will be primarily responsible for maintaining ISS PRO WFM system in conjunction with UKG, ensuring the function is in line with company and labour laws, managing data integration and configuration/maintenance of award interpretation


The role will support the wider P&C Systems teams and resolve escalated Service Now queries, provide system testing, troubleshooting and participate in System review and optimization to realise benefits of efficient and streamlined processes, ensuring access and processes are aligned to agreed parameters.



This key role will collaborate and influence operational Kronos Users, to mangers within the Kronos team, Payroll, Training, IT and our IR/ER Specialist.



The Position:



  • Participate in Contract Reviews to document current processes and seek to update, standardise and optimize management of Kronos

  • Second Level Responder for Service Now tickets

  • Document new processes or update changes, maintain Work Instruction manuals

  • System testing, troubleshooting and participate in System Optimization review activities

  • Maintain Integrations in BOOMI, Pay Interpretation rules, data integrity, system and process compliance by following agreed procedures, ensuring our Kronos users also do and escalating for a resolution when required

Minimum Criteria:



  • At least 3 years plus experience in similar role with good technical knowledge of UKG Pro WFM and operational processes AND good working knowledge configuring integrations in BOOMI.

  • Experience integrating with Chris21 would be beneficial.



  • Strong Customer Service ethic and skills

  • Effectrive written and verbal communication skills

  • Process driven mindset with well developed problem solving skills
