We are searching for talented individuals to join our Peak Downs and Caval Ridge projects to play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our fleet management systems, machine guidance systems, pit networks, fatigue management systems, collision avoidance systems, and more.

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, install, and maintain various Industrial Network, microwave, WIFI and wireless systems.
- Perform the servicing, repair, and maintenance of the following systems:
- Digital Radio Communication System (DMR)
- Autonomous Fleet Management Networks, Systems maintenance, and support
- LTE network maintenance
- CCTV system installation and support
- Site telecommunications
- Comply with Site Safety Health and Management System
- Initiate actions to prevent the occurrence of equipment non-conformance, identify and record any equipment quality problems, initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
- Ability to work in accordance with the site's procedures.
- Respond to breakdowns
- Source technical information from the relevant sources
- Conduct required inspections to maximise equipment utilization.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential to be considered for these opportunities you are required to have:
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology or equivalent
- Drivers License and Standard 11 SOA
- Trade Qualification or equivalent experience in communications, electrotechnology, or digital radio field.
- 2+ years post-trade experience working in mining or hydraulic excavator industry.
- Experience in -
- supporting Digital Trunked Radio Systems (TETRA, DMR, P25), including server support and maintenance,
- configuration of Cisco and Moxa equipment, fault diagnosis, and rectification of IP networks,
- using Fleet Management and GPS systems.
- Strong knowledge of RF, Wireless fundamentals, and antenna systems
- Ability to effectively problem solve, diagnose, and resolve.
- Experience with the below systems would be highly regarded:
- Ivolve FMS
- Terrain drill profiling data capture with GPS correction
- Mine 4D
- Wenco and Carlson HPGS
- DSS Fatigue monitoring
- Hexagon Fatigue monitoring
- Mi-Blast
