About You:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance retention and encourage repeat business.


• Drive new volume, concepts, and markets to mitigate risks associated with a limited customer base.


• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and negotiate contracts to strengthen partnerships.


• Maximize revenue opportunities from existing customers while minimizing acquisition costs.


• Manage product development opportunities and innovative packaging solutions to keep the business relevant and appealing to consumers.


• Develop profitable recycling offerings to enhance brand image and contribute to long-term strategic plans.

What You Need:

• Minimum of 5 years of account management experience, preferably in the packaging industry.


• Proven B2B sales experience in offering packaging solutions.


• Strong lateral thinking, negotiation, analytical, and numerical skills.


• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work autonomously.


• Tertiary qualifications are preferred, with clear pathways for career advancement.
