Service Centre consultant

Our client, a Nationally renowned Facility Management Organization based in Burswood are seeking a customer focused, fast learning Service Centre consultant to join their team on an ongoing basis.



Working hours: Monday - Friday - Full time hours


Pay rate: Approx. $35ph+ Super


Duration: Ongoing


Start date: ASAP (within the next week)


Parking: Paid street parking around the building or free parking at Crown (8-minute walk)



The Role


Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Provide high quality customer service taking calls from facility contacts to log and process maintenance work orders for completion

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders ensuring that relationships are built and maintained with friendly and efficient service

  • Maximo experience highly regarded but not essential

  • Obtaining as much accurate information as possible and entering workorders into system, allocating and scheduling trades and sub-contractors to complete the necessary works

  • Following each workorder through the workflow process ensuring it is completed on time and to a high standard - following up with client after works to ensure thy are satisfied with the works and service

  • Data entry and maintenance of spreadsheets and filing systems

  • Compliance checks ensuring that all files and records are up to date

  • Monitoring and maintaining busy outlook email inboxes.


Experience Required



  • Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume customer service / call centre type environment

  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask

  • Logistics / scheduling experience highly regarded (but not essential)

  • Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly - will be required to learn to navigate in house systems

  • C class driver's licence

  • Experience using Navision would be highly desirable but not essential

  • Maximo experience (preferable but not essential)
