Property Manager

Our business SAL Real Estate, part of Nutrien Ag Solutions, has a strong focus on future growth along with offering our clients and customers a professional and personalised service.

We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team on a fixed term 12-month contract. Applicants with prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, or those who are willing to obtain their licence in a consolidated timeframe are welcome to apply.

This role is for a fulltime position; however, we are open to discuss the opportunity of a part time role with a suitable applicant.

We are currently offering a great opportunity for a Property Manager with exceptional attention-to-detail and process improvement capabilities to join our Mount Gambier team.

About the opportunity:

Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:

• Property inspections
• Tenant enquiries
• Processing tenancy applications
• Trust accounting
• Manage rental arrears
• Property maintenance
• Regular contact with landlords
• Facilitating landlord statements
• Creditor payments

About you:

Applicants with prior experience in Property Management and licensed in SA, (or those who are willing to obtain their licence in a consolidated timeframe are welcome to apply) who are well presented, have a desire to learn, a friendly but professional communication style and experience with the Property Tree program will be at a distinct advantage. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is essential to this role.
