Electronics Technician

Our client, a global leader in mining technology, have an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Technician to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in the Balcatta area for a 3 month assignment.

The role will be working 6.30am -2.36pm, Monday - Friday on competitive hourly rate of $46 per hour (inclusive of 25% casual loading) with free onsite parking available.


Key responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and assembling electronic parts and products using hand tools


• Testing of electronic parts or products either prior to commissioning, or upon return from use including visual, polarity and voltage checks


• Conducting repairs to damaged electronic parts or products, including cleaning, inspections and the unassembly of larger parts


• Working in a safe manner

Successful candidates will have:

• Driver's license and reliable vehicle


• 2 years minimum of proven experience in a similar role


• Certificate in Electronics - highly desirable


• Great punctuality and time management


• Ability to work in fast-paced environments


• Ability to provide a National Police clearance within the last 3 months or willing to obtain


• Contactable work references with the last 12 months
