Asphalt Crew Member

What a day in road construction looks like,

Perform asphalt paving and road construction tasks according to project specifications. Operate and maintain asphalt equipment, including pavers, rollers, and other machinery. Assist in the preparation of work sites, including clearing debris, setting up barricades, and ensuring safety measures are in place. Drive and operate heavy machinery if licensed

To be successful for this role, you must have the following.

• Be able to pass a full pre-employment medical.


• Previous experience in road maintenance is highly regarded minor concrete works, asphalt patchwork and general labouring.


• Ability in the operation of mobile plant machinery (Grader, Roller, Backhoe)


• HR license is preferable, however, not desirable. C class license is required, (No p-plates)


• Current General Construction Induction card (White card)


• Able to work Dayshift & nightshift, 12-hour shifts


• Proven ability to work efficiently with others.


• A commitment to safety and Zero Harm policies.
