ROLE 1: MNC Relationship Manager
Main Tasks and Duties
- Identify specific business opportunities while ensuring that new transactions and credit renewals meet the Branch's credit risk acceptance criteria
- Develop relationship management strategy to deepen, maintain or exit the relationship
- Prepare credit proposals/credit renewals in a concise and timely manner while ensuring that the major risks as well as risk mitigates are highlighted
- Perform the KYC for new customer prior to the establishment of a business relationship, conduct periodical review of existing customer while adhering to the bank wide requirements
- Assist with AML/CFT manual
- Monitor credit risk of outstanding exposures and ensure timely changes are made to obligor credit ratings
- Maintain close and continuous contact with customers and target customers while monitoring the industries in which they operate in
- Pro-actively manage deteriorating credits
- Identify possible cross sell opportunities in order to maximize business returns
- Identify possible cross border business opportunities with mainland ICBC branches and overseas ICBC branches for joint collaboration
- Conduct frequent marketing visits with submission of call reports
- Any work required to be carried out for holding the above Position in the Department subject to our business needs, internal policies and procedures
- Any work assigned from time to time by your supervisor or the Management
Job Requirements
- Recognized bachelor degree and above , preferably in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics or other related disciplines
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Relationship Manager, managing relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Excellent verbal communication and good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
- Proactive, energetic, result oriented and possess good business acumen
- Proficiency in English and Fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients
ROLE 2: Local Large & Global Corporates Relationship Manager
Job Description
Job purpose to Develop, manage and sustain a new portfolio of large / medium corporate customers as well as treasury centers, building long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable support for their business.
1.Calls on C-suite executives, Finance Director and Treasurer level in Corporates controlling offices, to form and deepen relationships and proactively own, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary.
2. Works with product specialist and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs, especially in cash management, treasury and debt capital products / service channels
3. Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
4. Maximizes client experience by proactive sharing market updates, trend and intelligence.
5. Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further developing business where necessary and appropriate.
6. Networks with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.
7. Administrates the credit relationship of the client (including but not limited to preparing term sheet, credit proposals and credit review, implementation of the credit terms and conditions, servicing of client's day-to-day needs, operation of internal systems, etc.), coordinating and supervising the entire process, ensuring the proper application of policies and the Bank's processes.
8. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank's policies/ guidelines at all time.
9. Proactively protects the Bank's assets and reputation by being the first line of defence from risk management perspective.
10. Responsible to meet the KPI target imposed.
Job Requirements
1.Work Experience: Overall 10 years of experience in corporate banking, RM experience in MNC, regional treasury center or large corporate preferable. Proven track record in corporate banking.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
3. Ability:
(1) ability to build contact and establish internal procedures for MNC products offering.
(2) wide spectrum of product knowledge from DCM to treasury products as well as documentation (ISDA, pitch book, IM)
(3) sound credit and financial analysis skill, problem-solving abilities.
(4) excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g. negotiation, consultative skills)
(5) ability to work in team setting and under pressure while making decision.
Role 3: Chinese Corporates I Relationship Manager
Job Description
The talented individual to help grow the corporate banking portfolio in Advanced Manufacturing, New Energy, Technology and Digital Client segment.
Job responsibilities includes:
1.Calls on C-suite executives to form and deepen relationships and proactively own, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary.
2. Works with product specialist and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
3. Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
4. Maximizes client experience by proactive sharing market updates, trend and intelligence.
5. Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further developing business where necessary and appropriate.

Job Requirements
1. Familiarity with current digital and emerging sector landscapes. Having good understanding of current digital and emerging sector, with a preference given to candidates with a TMT or Technology, High-tech manufacturing background.
2. Ability:
(1) ability to expand the customer base and undertake the project in specific sectors.
(2) sound knowledge of banking products as well as a track record of providing sound banking and solutions to growth stage clients in Tech and Digital Space.
(3) sound credit and financial analysis skill, problem-solving abilities.
(4) excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g. negotiation, consultative skills)
(5) ability to work in team setting and under pressure while making decision
3. Work Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant banking experience, specially proven track record in Advanced Manufacturing, New Energy, Technology and Digital Economy segment.
4. Education: Bachelor’s degree and above

Role 4: Senior Relationship Manager
Job Responsibilities:
(1) Expand the team's existing pool of GLCs/TLCs, Fortune 500 companies, and international and local large corporates. Eke out and pursue potential business opportunities with existing and/or potential customers, with an emphasis on green/sustainability-linked financing (such as green energy) and on industries which are of strategic importance to Singapore's economy.
(2) Propose, structure, and originate solutions for existing customers and prospective names. Deliver marketing and sales pitches, initiate credit and perform maintenance of existing accounts, and cross-sell. Leverage on the Bank's global network and expertise as well as suite of comprehensive products to: (i) increase share of wallet and (ii) enhance customer stickiness and return for the Bank.
(3) Expand and deepen relationships with existing customer groups, and scale up by pursuing business opportunities with existing customers' third-party buyers and suppliers.
(4) Actively manage and control risk, including credit risk, operational risk, compliance risk and AML/CFT risk. Proactive post-loan management is expected.
Job Requirements:
(1) At least 15 years of relevant experience in Wholesale Banking with familiarity in the GLC/TLC and large international/local corporates landscape, and adept at various cross-sell (treasury, transaction banking, investment banking/capital markets). Previous experience in structuring and originating green/sustainability-linked transactions preferred.
(2) Willing to mentor and guide less experienced co-workers sought.
(3) Bachelor's degree or above.
