Finance Director

Branch Multinational Company Milan/Como Azienda The Company is an important multinational Group with a strong presence on the Italian market operating in FMCG business and located in north of Milan. Offerta The candidate will be part of the Finance team and have the following responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies for the Company. Prepare and present financial reports and risk analysis. Support the Accounting Centre to ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines. Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results. Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts. Support the Accounting Centre in establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls. Support the Accounting Centre in their interactions with external and internal auditors. Provide leadership to the finance department team. Engage with senior management to develop short, medium, and long-term financial plans and projections. Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed. Oversee the financial strategy and budgeting process of the organisation. Manage the company's financial planning and risk management. Support global financial teams in preparing, analysing, and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. Support the Accounting Centre to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with senior management to make critical business decisions. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors. Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. Lead and manage the finance team. Oversee the management of company investments. Competenze ed esperienza Financial management and accounting as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, or similar role. Strong understanding of financial law and financial risk management. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Ability to strategize and solve problems. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers. In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and company practices. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting. Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. A certified public accountant (CPA) qualification is desirable but not essential.
