Technical Leader [en] The candidate will work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment that has developed and patented an innovative system for managing color and the production process in the industrial sector. The system is composed of advanced optical instruments such as spectrophotometers and the color and production process management suite. Working closely with the team of developers, the candidate will be responsible for developing new applications in step with the evolution or evolutionary implementation of hardware and software following the needs of the customer and the market. Main responsibilities: Analysis and definition of technical requirements, identification of the best mechanical and/or electronic solution suitable for the system being designed based on the objectives and timeline, prototyping of the chosen solutions. Contribute to development, subject to availability related to the project in question, providing solutions to technical problems. Definition and review of deliverables, compliance with development times and/or planning and synchronization between resources. Ensure delivery complies with technical specifications and design requirements. Implementation and maintenance of firmware written in C++ for the management of HW tools such as spectral scanners - management and control of motors and sensors. Development of supporting technical documentation and drawings. Description of the operational sequences, "best practices" and procedures used to create the system in production. Management of small and medium work teams by coordinating technical activities. Interface with partners for the implementation of requirements related to hardware management. Requirements: Knowledge of embedded systems (in C/C++ with Arduino, Atmel studio, etc.) and knowledge, at least basic, of electronics. Knowledge of systems and programming environments for the management and control of motors and sensors. Use of microcontrollers for the acquisition and analysis of signals. Knowledge of C++, standard libraries and frameworks such as MFC and QT is preferred. Knowledge and use of applications related to computer vision and artificial intelligence. Knowledge of Windows environments, Visual Studio. Preferred knowledge of colorimetrics and the basics of optics related to the analysis of color and light. Non-binding - Master's Degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Physics. Previous experience in a similar position in IT companies is preferable, preferably in the sensor, microelectronics or robotics sector. The profile is completed by: customer orientation, team working, planning and organisation, result orientation, problem solving.
