Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tech Lead to join our Product Management team. As the Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the technical development of our healthcare products and solutions. You will lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals, collaborating closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities include overseeing the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, while also mentoring developers, contributing to coding and ensuring best practices in software architecture, coding, and agile methodologies. The Tech Lead should have extensive hands-on experience in software development, with strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (e., Angular) and back-end technologies such as .NET Core (C#) and database management (e., Azure SQL Server). Experience with integrating third-party services and familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly on Azure, is essential. The ideal candidate will not only lead the technical team but also actively contribute to coding, troubleshooting, and guiding the team in implementing best practices, including error tracking and asynchronous processing. You will also support and document development/production environments and processes, ensuring efficient : - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers in building high-quality solutions, ensuring they either integrate with existing systems or operate independently to meet business needs. - Lead the technical team, contributing to coding, troubleshooting, and best practice implementation. - Create detailed solution and technical architecture diagrams, data models, mockups, and process maps to demonstrate business alignment and support development proposals. - Proficient in designing and building webapps/mobile with structured/unstructured database systems. - Conduct feasibility studies by evaluating existing systems, engaging with clients and business users to ensure alignment with business needs and technical capabilities. - Lead sprint reviews to showcase coded, tested, and usable application modules to stakeholders, ensuring continuous feedback and alignment. - Conduct feasibility studies by evaluating existing systems, engaging with stakeholders and business users to ensure alignment with business needs and technical capabilities. - Perform code reviews to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed required coding and quality standards with minimal to no tech debts. - Oversee Git or DevOps repositories and manage Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines to streamline development processes. - Integrate third-party services and manage cloud infrastructure, especially on Azure (Front Doors, WAF, App Services, Function Apps, Key Vault). - Ensure error tracking, asynchronous processing, and guide the team across the development lifecycle. - Participate in strategic planning discussions with technical and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and business goals. - Take ownership of end-to-end solution design and technical implementation within the scope of business application projects. - Conduct technical feasibility analyses for proposed features and solutions to evaluate practicality and risk. - Analyze product performance and user behavior, providing data-driven recommendations for product value improvements. Required Skills & Experience : - 8 to 10 years of experience. - Software development & Coding, Team Handling, People Management, Handling Technical queries and requirements. - Technical Expertise, Understand and explore technology and best practices. - Programming Language : .NET C#. - Framework & Platform : RESTful API, ASP.NET Web Applications, ASP. Net Windows Application, MVC, Entity Framework, .NET Core 6. - Client-Side Scripting Platform : Angular JS, Angular (preferably 6 or higher), Node, React, jQuery, Prime NG. - Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and continuous delivery pipelines Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, Bitbucket, Visual Studio Code, VSTS (TFS), JIRA, Git, Azure Front Doors, WAF, NSG. - Good exposure and strong knowledge of relational database design and development using Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and Azure SQL Server. - NoSQL Database - MongoDB. - Security : Azure Key Vault, Always Encrypted Database, Subnet, Resource Group with RBAC. - Knowledge of Azure/AWS Cloud development/engineering. - Agile product management tools such as Jira, Slack, Azure DevOps. - Troubleshooting Tech problems, managing issues till resolved. - Strong desire to learn new technology and contribute, Understand Competency learning -based.
