12m FTC - Senior Legal Counsel - AIM Listed Agriculture Company

MLA has been instructed to hire a senior legal counsel for an AIM-listed company made up of

predominantly agricultural operations. The office sits in a management capacity for a global family of companies, which employs 100,000 people worldwide.

The role is a 12-month fixed term contract to be based at their Head Office in Kent 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) with 2 days a week working from home. Reporting to

the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary, this lawyer will advise on all legal matters relating to the Group’s businesses and operations.

Candidate Profile

• 6 to 10 years PQE with extensive experience in corporate law, including experience of being part of a significant in-house legal team.

• Ability to work across multiple practice areas, including privacy and data protection, human rights, ESG matters, M&A, employment and tax.

• Experience of working with a wide variety of industries and companies in the UK and internationally.
