HR Project Manager (Oracle HCM)

Our client is currently seeking a Contract HR Project Manager with expertise in Oracle HCM. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing HR projects and programs within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR project management, with a specific focus on Oracle HCM.

Rate is circa £650 per day (Rate to umbrella meaning employers N.I is included in this figure)

6 months (initially)

Location - Edinburgh (hybrid 2/3 days in the office each week)

We need:

• Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in the HR domain
• Demonstrable expertise in Oracle HCM (Ideally with Redwood)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ideally with AI / Digital assistance experience
