Risk and Compliance Analyst

We are hiring for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join a prestigious, Global Law Firm. This role offers a great opportunity to develop skills in compliance and risk management while contributing to key projects across the business.

Prior experience within a legal risk and compliance environment is ideal, along with a good understanding of regulatory frameworks. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about compliance, risk management, and staying ahead of legal requirements, this could be the perfect role for you. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with compliance projects to ensure regulatory adherence
• Use project management tools to support timely delivery of tasks
• Maintain the firm's risk register and office key information using appropriate software
• Support the development of team metrics via platforms
• Review and draft policies to align with legal requirements
• Respond to compliance-related enquiries
• Stay informed on regulatory changes across various jurisdictions

The ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented individual who can work independently while being a strong team player. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Critical thinking, the ability to manage deadlines under pressure, and strong IT skills are essential.
