Job Details
You will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential business customers, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with customers through effective communication and excellent customer service. You will be working towards ambitious sales targets, demonstrating a consultative sales approach and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify and approach potential business customers through various channels including cold calls, emails, and networking
- Generate and qualify leads, turning prospects into customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organisational skills
Benefits
- Base salary £22,385 per annum + uncapped commission. (OTE £30 - £40K)
- Guaranteed commission for first 6 months (£250 gross per month)
