Job Title: Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager

Location: Onsite- Stevenage

Duration: Long-term 6 months rolling

The role :

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager to lead logistics and supply chain operations at our clients manufacturing centre. You’ll ensure smooth, GMP-compliant processes for the movement of materials, from raw supplies to finished products, both onsite and offsite. Reporting to the Manufacturing Centre Director, you’ll work closely with internal teams, collaborators, and third-party providers to maintain high standards of efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage supply chain and logistics providers to ensure timely and quality material flow.
• Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and scheduling systems.
• Ensure GMP compliance across all supply chain processes and documentation.
• Lead and develop a team, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and enhance advanced therapy supply chain processes in the UK.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in GMP supply chain/warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SAP/WMS systems.
