The Role:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of live event management builds, managing scope, budget, resources, and timelines. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, prepare quotes and contracts, and manage equipment using a warehouse stock system. You will also log and allocate tasks via Jira to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Additionally, this role requires mentoring Project Technicians and ensuring best practices are maintained across the team.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience, ideally within live events.
• Experience with responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Jira.
• Strong background in live event management.

Desirable:

• Experience working on-site at live events.
• Knowledge of jQuery, React, Bootstrap, and MySQL.
