Marketing Manager

Salary £40,000 - £45,000

6 month Fixed Term Contract

4 days per week

Lewes, East Sussex


Talent Hub are working with a professional services company based in Lewes. This is a brand new Marketing Manager job where you will be supporting their senior team by managing their marketing function.


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with B2B exposure and delivery experience across internal comms, email marketing, web content, copywriting as well as events.


A background ins CSR would be useful although not essential.


This is a newly created Marketing Manager role to develop, support their team, drive their marketing capabilities.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing and creating content for their website, social media and events.
  • Creating and evaluating marketing campaigns, budget management and ROI.
  • Managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Leading promotional events set up, in the Sussex areas.
  • Organising and promotion for the companies CSR.
  • Internal communications, updating their intranet.


What you will need for this Marketing Manager job:


  • Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role within a B2B setting.
  • Experience of budget management and driving return.
  • Skills in planning and delivery of content marketing, internal comms and email marketing.
  • Experience of CSR, driving brand profiles and creating fresh content across channels.
  • Commitment to a 6 month contract that could move to a permanent contract.
