Job Title: Medical Education Associate- Obesity

Company: Global Leading Pharmaceutical Company

Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract

FTE; Full time (37.5 hours/week)

Location: Field Based – South of England (need to be able to drive)

Role Summary


In this field based role youll be able to grow and develop your career along with increasing the understanding of an already established and global portfolio. This opportunity will see you collaborate with medical affairs teams, medical science liaisons, marketing, sales teams and other cross-functional teams to oversee the learning needs externally with the strategic and tactical direction of the companies diabetes and obesity portfolio. As a part of the broader Medical Affairs team, you will seek to learn, share and contribute to the capabilities and success of the broader department and company.



Requirements:

  • Clinical knowledge of obesity pathophysiology and treatment landscape and Clinical experience managing people living with obesity.
  • Experience in delivering quality obesity or cardiometabolic education
  • Must be a HCP as described and must have clinical obesity experience
  • You must be a registered dietitian at Band 6 or above/G grade or above if working within the NHS, and your must be registered with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). If you are a nurse, you must currently be registered with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) and have obesity or weight management clinical nursing experience, ideally as a specialist. If you are a pharmacist, you must be currently registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPC) and have obesity or weight management clinical experience.
  • Full clean driving license
