Location:This permanent position is based in the West Midlands with easy commutable areas including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Telford, Stafford, Walsall, Codsall, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Cannock and surrounding areas - West Midlands.

Joining this market leading manufacturing organisation with facilities across the UK and Europe, you will play a vital role within the business planning and strategy division. Ultimately reporting to the group senior management team, you will have responsibilities for all of (but not limited to) the below.
1. Business Performance Analysis- highlighting strengths and weaknesses2. Strategy Design, Development & Implementation- commercial and financial focus3. Business Achievement Monitoring- intervening, improving and analysis4. Risk & Under-Achievement Actioning- business improvement specialist5. New Product & Business Line Integration- delivery, analysis, improvement and objective hitting6. Business & Financial Plan Delivery- negotiations, planning and stakeholder consideration7. Opportunity & Threat Analysis- real time, data driven business performance analysis8. Competitor & Market Analysis- systematic reporting of "company performance vs objectives"9. Total Stakeholder Relationship Management- negotiate, advise and relationship management10. Business Growth & Development- devise, analyse, implement, report and objective setting
