Office Working Full time 37 hours a week in Ledbury
Part-time working option also available
Temporary for approx. 3 months with the potential to become permanent
Pay rate: £12.20 per hour with weekly pay
Immediate Start
We are looking for a HR administrator who is available immediately to join our well-established client in Ledbury on a temp basis with the potential to become permanent. This role involves providing administration to the HR team, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
HR Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the HR manager to ensure day-to-day processes are completed to a high standard.
- Liaising with candidates in the recruitment process and managing recruitment platforms.
- Assisting with onboarding in new employees.
- Managing the Time Management system to accurately log absence and holiday.
- Supporting in administration of training and that all training is completed and up to date for employees.
- Maintaining confidentiality.
HR Administrator - Skills & Requirements:
- Competent across Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and working well under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
