What will you do?

• Run a broad real estate/commercial property caseload
• Advise on varied & high-quality work to include sales & acquisitions, commercial leases and property development matters (options, conditional contracts, promotion agreements)
• This team also has a growing renewables sector, so if that interests you, get in touch
• Play a key role in supporting local & national clients
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in business development (with full support of a dedicated marketing team and wider team)

What will you need?

• To be a qualified commercial property solicitor or legal executive
• Commercial property experience
• Ideally at least 2 years PQE within commercial property law
• Enthusiasm to get stuck in!
