We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our rapidly expanding 3PL Automation Warehouse in Corby

In this multi-skilled and adaptable role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient operations. From precise handling and storage of goods to managing inventory processes, you'll be at the heart of our mission to deliver exceptional service. What you will be doing as Warehouse Operative

• Efficiently prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring stock is located and checked for quality.
• Inspect all received goods for correct quantity and type.
• Conduct quality checks on picked orders for accuracy.
• Safely load and unload pallets and trailers with speed.
• Keep the Warehouse Management System updated, reporting any issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, removing damaged pallets.
• Perform stock checks and report discrepancies to meet service agreements.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including wearing proper PPE at all times.
• Attend company meetings and training as required.
• Help train new team members on the job.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet deadlines and deliver excellent service for Europa customers.

Our Ideal Warehouse Operative

• Ability to efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Strong attention to detail when checking goods and inspecting stock.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS): Proficient in updating and navigating warehouse management software.
• Skilled in safely handling pallets and trailers, using proper techniques.
• Ability to conduct physical stock checks and address discrepancies.
• Clear communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Dependable and consistent in meeting deadlines and fulfilling tasks.
• Capable of resolving issues quickly, whether with stock discrepancies or system errors.
• A strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Ability to perform manual tasks, such as lifting, loading, and moving goods.
• Proactive in identifying improvements or addressing issues without supervision.
• Positive Attitude and approaches work with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
• Customer Focused and dedicated to meeting customer service agreements and delivering high-quality results.
