Health And Safety Manager

Due to continued success and major expansion plans, our client is seeking to recruit a highly competent Health and Safety Manager with strong knowledge of Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations to join their Estates team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor current SSOW’s (Safe Systems of Work) and deliver training
• Provide Health and Safety support to employees outside of the department
• Check compliance with current systems and implement process improvements
• Manage Health and Safety processes for contractors working on site
• Identify risks and manage the incident reporting process

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of SSOW and CDM15
• Previous experience in Health & Safety Management
• Excellent IT skills, ability to use CAFM systems
• Demonstratable ability of implementing processes
• Experience of delivering Health and Safety training
