Manufacturing ERP Specialist

Location: Leicester (Hybrid: Remote, Client Site, and Office-Based)

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing ERP Specialist to join our team. This position is based in Leicester and offers a hybrid working arrangement, including remote work, client site visits, and office-based duties. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimising ERP systems tailored to the manufacturing sector, ensuring smooth integration and process efficiency for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support ERP solutions with a focus on manufacturing modules.
• Work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing processes, providing tailored ERP solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and improvements to streamline operations, inventory management, and production planning.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to users, ensuring effective utilisation of ERP systems.
• Assist in project management activities related to ERP implementations, upgrades, and customisations.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
