With c 80 employees, the Dalkia group centre has HR, Finance, Legal, IT, QSHE and Communications teams supporting our business unit colleagues in these specialisms. We provide technical expertise, governance, policy, guidance, and support to the business units to provide a high-quality service to their own people and their clients. Roles in the centre work closely with Executive team to shape and deliver our strategic goals but also partner with the business functions to embed the values, behaviours, and strategic ambitions.
Summary of the role:
As our ERP Trainer you will be an integral part of the ERP Compliance and Support team and wider Business Systems department. You will need excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to deliver a wider range of training topics to all levels within a Group organisation. An enquiring mind to gain an understanding of policies and procedures across multiple functional departments. A self-motivated individual, you will need to manage your time to deliver on competing priorities. This is a terrific opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate to progress their career in IT, specialising in business process and training.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop a group wide ERP system training programme, incorporating new starter inductions through to functional training and refreshers.
- Functional training to include, Finance, Commercial, Procurement and administration support.
- Deliver BC software training, both in person and virtually.
- Develop training manuals, user guides and online learning modules
- Review user competence in the system, identifying areas for improvements and/or risks.
- Incorporate new functionality, modifications to business process and or/compliance into training provision.
- Implementation of a feedback loop to support continuous improvement and uptake in use of the system whilst maintaining standardisation across the Group.
- Assist the business units within the Group to understand and use the ERP system effectively.

Skills and experience:
Proven work experience as an ERP Trainer or similar role
Excellent knowledge of modern ERP systems, ideally Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
Experience in creating training programs and materials
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
Be able to demonstrate advanced, firsthand knowledge of utilising Microsoft products (O365) including Sharepoint
The ability to multitask and prioritise workload, while maintaining efficiency and quality of work
