Job Responsibilities

• Lead project start-up meetings and manage all mechanical aspects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Understand all project details and specifications thoroughly.
• Collate and manage technical submittals, ensuring timely approvals.
• Oversee the labour tracker to monitor team performance and project progress.
• Prepare and maintain weekly Progress Reports, addressing changes and variations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with main contractors and the client-side site team.
• Ensure timely coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
• Maintain a steady supply of materials necessary for project completion.
• Develop and implement construction and commissioning programs on-site.
• Oversee the handover process and maintain the Document Management System.
• Create project-specific schedules and ensure they are followed.
• Attend meetings with subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries and actions.
• Participate in general site meetings and address action points raised.
• Report any innovative project-specific works to management.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects successfully.
• Qualification in Construction/Project Management preferred.
• Experience in supervising teams is essential.
