Job Title: Contract Support Advisor

Location: Huntingdon

Shift Timing: 8am – 6pm (1 hr lunch break)

Job Type: Currently Temp will convert into perm


Profile:

We are looking to recruit a Contract Support Advisor to work within our Cambridge Contract Administration Team. The post holder will undertake support duties for the operational and office-based teams, including but not limited to raising of new work orders, allocation of work orders and completion of work orders for reactive works.

Responsibilities:


  • Effective communication with customers, both internal and external, to capture and distribute service calls.
  • Provide phone and inbox coverage as needed.
  • Raise new work orders and ensure they have corrected details; schedule works to engineers or subcontractors.
  • Monitor and allocate engineers' downtime, chase attendance dates, ensure emergency job awareness, and check paperwork.
  • Ensure subcontractors' paperwork is complete, arrange site escorts, and add RAMs to work orders.
  • Ensure delays are requested and monitored, conduct daily reviews of work orders, hire equipment, and flag system issues.
  • Review performance reports, handle escalations, and provide updates to improve scores.
  • Support contract managers and other regions, achieve performance targets, and provide a professional service delivery experience.

Development throughout the Contractor Administration Team. Development to move into the Triage, Resource Allocation or Quality Assured Team.
