Firinne Solutions are a young but recognised recruitment & consulting services provider to some of the fastest-growing digital industries. Our business is also growing, and we are looking for a dynamic Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Glasgow area.

This position will appeal to anyone ambitious, who is looking to kickstart their career in the business world and develop first-class commercial skills, with the opportunity learn from a small but hugely experienced team that is renowned for delivering talent and consultancy services globally.

What you'll be doing day to day:

• Work with your manager to source qualified candidates for open vacancies and establishing contact to generate recruitment processes
• Reviewing resumes and applications to assess if candidates meet the requirements of the position
• Arranging interviews between candidates and clients & managing the recruitment process
• Maintaining records of clients, employers, and vacancies
• Creating and posting job adverts on LinkedIn and other relevant job boards
• Seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
• Develop your commercial skills in the business world, building your own personal brand & reputation in the market
• Attending industry events and client meetings to build relationships and generate new business opportunities
