Employment Counsel, Global Asset Management Firm

A leading global asset management firm is looking to hire Employment Counsel to support their APAC Business. You will be responsible for the following.

• Reviewing and drafting employment contracts, including but not limited to, employment agreements, compensation arrangements, and termination documents.
• Handling employment-related complaints and litigation, human resources regulatory compliance, separations and settlements, hiring and compensation negotiations, and managing corporate business practices as it relates to employment law and employment practices.

Lawyer with 4 to 12 years of legal experience with a primary focus in labor and employment law in a corporate in-house or law firm environment.
