Head of IT (m/f/d) What you feel like doing Responsibility: You take on disciplinary leadership and are the sparring partner for your team members and are also responsible for the planning and implementation of employee training. You will also be responsible for the budget management of our IT department. You will also be responsible for managing our external IT service providers. Compliance with and implementation of ISO 27001 standards is a matter of course for you. Application and software: You ensure the functionality, maintenance and quality of our software solutions in all areas of the company. Together with your team, you always find the best solutions and quickly identify any bugs. The automation of our order processing is your top priority, and you always ensure compatibility with the systems of our market partners. Together as a team, you design the selection and implementation of suitable software solutions. Development: You are responsible for the development of our software through to interfaces with our sales partners. The integration of AI applications such as image recognition or the prediction of energy consumption will be part of your future tasks. Both the strategic development and optimization of our IT structure and IT services are daily business for you and your team. Your experience and knowledge You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in a managerial position within the IT department You have in-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development and project management. You are characterized by result orientation, communication skills and commitment. You work independently and on your own initiative - think in a solution-oriented way, are motivated and actively help shape our future.
