Commercial Paralegal

Job Title: Paralegal

Location: East Yorkshire

Salary: up to £50k basic

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office p/week)

Having placed the Head of Legal at this TMT business last year, CapeClarke has been exclusively engaged to source a new Legal Counsel to help with the growth of the business and the team.

In the role, you’ll be responsible for the following:

• Supporting with the drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a wide range of commercial contracts
• Working closely with the Head of Legal and liaising with key stakeholders in the business and ensuring legal risks are managed correctly
• Helping to maintaining legal systems & processes
• Assisting with other ad-hoc legal support such as DP, Corporate, Employment Property as and when required

The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced Paralegal with demonstrable experience in a commercial contract focused role
• An ambitious mentality with a willingness to learn and develop new skills in the role
