Quantity Surveyor Role
This developer is looking to appoint 3 x quantity surveyors to head up the commercial function on a mixture of brand-new residential developments in the West Midlands. Projects are in Wolverhampton, Lichfield and Coventry
Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
Manage site costs and budgets
Monthly reporting
Provide accurate cost estimates when required
Manage project lifecycle
Experience:
3 years of experience in quantity surveying on residential development projects.
Developer, subcontractor or main contractor background
Degree qualified or equivalent
Used to manging relationships, subcontractor and reporting cost controls
