The Role

As an Executive Search Consultant in one of our core markets, you will be tasked with establishing and building relationships with new clients and placing talented candidates into new positions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Meeting clients and candidates in both face-to-face and virtual environments - Many of our clients are based abroad (America, Asia and Europe etc.), so international travel is a strong possibility.
• Negotiating terms and contracts with prospective clients
• Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
• Building cutting-edge databases to continue to position Robert Vos International as a market leader in your specialist sector.

Your Career Progression
