Locum Contracts Lawyer

South West

£50-55 per hour DOE

3 days per week

Remote Working

A highly reputable Local Authority in the South West is seeking a Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join their friendly team for an initial 6 month period with the potential for extension.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lawyer with experience of working within local authority to join a friendly and supportive team.

Responsibilities for the Contracts Lawyer will include but are not limited to:

  • Contracts for goods and services
  • Works contracts (JCT/ NEC)
  • Framework agreements
  • Grant agreements
  • Shared services arrangements
  • Advice on procurement and subsidy control
