Commercial Litigation Solicitor – This multi-office practice with a fantastic reputation in Kent has asked us to find them a further Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing team.
About the Role
Due to continued success, this highly regarded dispute resolution team are now looking for a Solicitor with between 1-4 years’ experience to take on a busy and high-quality caseload. You will need significant experience in advising on a range of disputes, including:
- Property disputes
- Commercial litigation
- L&T
- Contentious Probate & Inheritance disputes
- Contract disputes
- Employment disputes
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with 1+ years relevant experience and a solid track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. You will need to be well versed in delivering specialist commercial advice and adding value to the team by marketing the department, as well as being able to work well with other departments to increase cross referral instructions.
